1. Investigation of the decomposition of Freon subtances in the focus of CO₂ laser together with
   identification and analysis of decomposition products.


2. Study of the efficiency and comparative analysis of the decomposition of noxious NO_x substances
   in exhaust gases by means of various configuration (point, linear, toroidal) spark discharges.


3. Investigation of the efficiency and selection of regimes for efficient combustion of low quality
   coal by means of plasma arc furnace.


4. Obtaining nanopowders of various materials by means of plasma arc furnace and study of
   their physical-chemical properties.


5. Investigation of the possibility to use plasma arc furnace for domestic waste utilization and
   recycling.
