  • Study influence of (Lis-Gly), (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) and (Ala-Glu-Asp-Leu) bioregulators on chromatin and nuclei in solutions and chromatin in situ, as well as influence of Cu(II)TOEPyP on DNA; determination of molecular mechanizm on the base of thermodinamic parameters (ΔHm, ΔSm, Tm, ΔTm) caused by this interaction;
