Parameters

The discharge device of magnetron, inverted magnetron
or Penning cell type is located in the cylindrical vacuum chamber with the diameter of 10 cm, and the length of 50 cm. The cylindrical chamber is located inside the sectioned solenoid. The solenoid is placed on alignment device, which allows to set the magnetic field in parallel to the cylindrical anode axis with the accuracy of 10-4 radn

The discharge voltage is V = 1-10 kV.
The magnetic field is B = 0.1-2 kG.
The magnetic field uniformity ΔB/B = 0.002
at the anode length of 10cm.

The working gases are: N2, Ar, He.
The working pressure is: p = 1 x 10-6 - 1 x 10-3 Torr.
