Researche

  1. Shock Wave dynamics in neutral gases

    • Shock wave and plasma formation in the focus of CO2 laser. Investigation of their parameters and characteristics.
    • Shock wave formation by means of the spark discharges of different geometry – single spark, linearly placed multi-spark system and different diameter ring type multi-spark system.
    • Shock wave formation under the low pressure (P<760 Torr) conditions.
    • Toroidal shock wave formation by means of ring type multi-spark discharger and accompanying cumulative effects.
    • The dynamics of cumulative jets and its possible analogy with astrophysical jets.
    • Passing of shock wave through different media.

  2. Shock wave dynamics in plasma

    • Shock wave formation in gas discharge plasma.
    • Shock wave dynamics in plasma.
    • The peculiarities of cumulative jet dynamics in plasma.

  3. The use of spark discharges

    • The use of spark discharges for decomposition of Freons and NOx.
    • The use of spark discharges for neutralization of exhaust gases.
    • The use of spark discharges in plasma-chemical experiments.
